SCEP 2012

Filed under: System Centre — hayesjupe @ 10:22 am

So we’ve done a few production SCCM 2012 design/installs now…. and the bit im most impressed with (apart from the general speed and new management UI) is SCEP (System Centre Endpoint Protection) 2012.

It is just so incredibly easy (as it should be) to deploy clients, check on status, force scans, force definition updates and the reports included are definitely better…. still need some more for some of the more finicky security people…. but overall – the FEP 2010 to SCEP 2012 upgrade is one that is small on feature upgrades, but big on easing management.
